Order Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be changed or canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
- After 24 hours, your order will have entered the processing phase, and modifications may no longer be possible.
- If you cancel within the 24-hour window, refunds will be processed within 7 business days.

We believe in the power of HarmonOver products and recommend giving them at least 14 days before considering a return. If, after this period, you are still unsatisfied, you may request a return within 60 days of your purchase. Please note:

Shipping & Delivery
We strive to ensure timely delivery of your order, but please be aware that shipping and delivery delays beyond our control (such as courier issues, customs delays, or other unforeseen circumstances) may occur. HarmonOver is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
If you experience a problem with your delivery:

Incorrect Shipping Address
- Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.
- If an incorrect address is entered, you must notify us within 24 hours of placing your order.
- If we are not notified within this timeframe, and the package is sent to the wrong address, you will not be eligible for a resend or a refund.
Damaged Items
We take great care in packaging our products to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. A product is considered damaged if it has a defect or is physically broken. Minor packaging damage (e.g., dented boxes) that does not affect the product itself is not considered damage.
If your item arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 72 hours of delivery at harmonover@gmail.com with clear photos of the damage.
- We will review your case and, if eligible, offer a replacement at no cost.
- We do not refund, replace, or accept returns for items damaged due to normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.
